Facility

Junior suites, 6 suites, 8 single rooms and 89 double rooms are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building.     This hotel was a little under the radar and a complete surprise to us. The outside is very low-key but once you enter the lobby, it is beautiful and luxurious. The staff are attentive, and our room was just fabulous. We wish we had more time to spend there.We checked out very early on our last day but staff were ready. We were provided with a free transfer to the hotel and that was an awesome benefit that we really appreciated!     Very good Hotel I will love come back and enjoy the hotel more , the location is also good walking to the center and other atracción , the breakfast is a very good selection of delicious food and I enjoy it .     Glutenfree hotel in Lissabon

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I am celiac and I was happy to find this dedicated glutenfree hotel in the centre of Lissabon. It truly exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed a delicious gluten-free breakfast as well as dinner in the restaurant. The staff took great care to avoid any cross-contamination.The room was very nice and very comfortable too. Also the staff were incredibly kind, Their understanding made me feel completely safe and relaxed. I really recommend this hotel, especially for anyone traveling with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.     Standard hotel, not good for gluten-free breakfast

    I booked this hotel because my daughter is coeliac and the restaurant was fully gluten-free which we thought would be a real treat. However, we ate there on the first night, menu was disappointingly dull. If it’s GF why not have GF breads and more inspiring desserts? Food was average at best. We went for breakfast the next day (having previously confirmed gluten free items were available) and informed the staff of the GF request. They bizarrely did not ask what we wanted - just put 5 items in a microwave to defrost and served them in their packets. The “croissant” was a solid rock, completely inedible. The small muffin was the only reasonable item. Nobody asked if the choice was okay or offered bread. All 4 other items were wasted, awful. So disappointed. The worst part of the breakfast set up, given their GF status, all the floury, flaky bakery items were positioned directly above all the meat, eggs, ham, cheese so the risk of cross-contamination was very high. I am shocked they think this is acceptable. There was an also a coffee machine that no one knew how to use, no instructions, totally hopeless. I watched person after person walk away with water in a cup!My advice - Don’t choose this hotel because of the gluten-free restaurant. We ate at the Hard Rock cafe the next night, dedicated GF menu, great choices and excellent food.There is also a gluten free bakery Rice Me Deli nearby which sold excellent pastries. Given this is reasonably close, they could supply the hotel fresh pastries. Wouldn’t that be amazing to have a gluten free breakfast!? To conclude, concerning the buffet layout, we want to assure you that rigorous food safety protocols are strictly followed at all times.
