    Stunning hotel! The staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming, the cleaning staff maintained a spotless hotel, and our room was beautifully clean everyday. The restaurant attached to the hotel provided a fantastic breakfast every morning, an evening meal there is highly recommended if you like seafood, our seafood stew was faultless. The hotel location is perfect if you want to be in easy walking distance of the main attractions or public transport to other parts of the city that aren’t central. I’ve would happily return to this hotel ❤️

    Check in was quick and friendly we arrived early but our room was ready .We had a room on 4 th floor perfect as it’s a busy street so we’re away from any noise .Lift was out of order but as we were both reasonably fit was no issue, the luggage was taken up and down for us so again no issues.The room was adequate in size for two nights and so central .Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean.Breakfast was absolutely excellent, great quality produce and plenty of variety.

    We stayed in this hotel for 6 days break.Central location and easy access to public transport. Room basic but comfortable. Basic introduction to the hotel when we arrived. Excellent customer service from Pedro on reception so helpful when we made enquiries.There are stairs and lift for access. There is restaurant next door to the hotel called Bastardo which has 2 menu’s, absolutely delicious food and I would recommend. We went here few times for meal and I would definitely recommend. Discount given off meals for guests staying in the international design hotel. I would definitely return to this hotel when I am in Lisbon.

    Hotel very central for walking/tram/metro Breakfast plenty of choice Room was very clean and you could open window also had air con. Actual size of room was small with very little space between bed and wall for getting round to other side Bathroom was a good size apart from shower which was a bit smallVery little space for luggage but as we were only there 3 nights we didn’t take clothes out of casesStaff were very friendly and helpful especially at reception we couldn’t fault themWe were aware of rooms being small before we went this didn’t spoil our holiday as you’re only in them for short time

    Well the room size is the smallest I’ve ever been in .. and having a loft room does not help .. it would be ok for 2 nights but not for 5-7 ..
