  ⚠️DO NOT STAY HERE - SCAM - READ REVIEWS ⚠️⚠️FIRST ⚠️It is not a hostel. It is a former apartment with bedrooms and a kitchen to share. Let’s get in to it, the owner sends via email an extensive list of instructions and policies which are over complicated and worded to purposely confuse (which is how he is able to continue this scam by saying “it is in the instructions” ) ⚠️SECOND ⚠️Keep in mind the “opening hours” are from 4pm to night, however when we arrived at 4 to the accomodation and tried to call we were met with nothing. I am travelling with my GRANDFATHER who had to SIT ON THE GROUND until a family came out and let us inside so my grandfather could sit at least on the stairs.⚠️THIRD⚠️ The family that let us in we’re not happy we were there, in the beginning we were confused until they told us that the RESIDENTS OF THE BUILDING have been trying to get this MAN KICKED OUT as it is now ILLEGAL to be subletting like this man is doing. The family were empathetic to us and told us about all the times they have had to help previous guests who also fell for this, even driving some back to the airport. If the family is reading this, THANK YOU! ⚠️FOURTH⚠️The communication is PATHETIC. Even my 76 year old Grandfather can operate his phone better than the owner of this property. Aside from the overload of information sent to an email, when we FINALLY were met by the man he was in such a hurry and we were clearly an inconvenience to him (because he had already gotten our money he couldn’t care less what we did) was told to fill in ANOTHER form before we could be let in to the “hostel” after telling us this he left us still stranded in the stairwell. After sending in the form we again had to wait for his response, he FINALLY LET US UP.⚠️FIFTH⚠️The room is mis advertised. We had booked a room with an extra bed but that was not given to us (we have a receipt to prove) after such a long day of travelling and being thrown around by this accomodation my grandfather was distraught (he is already not in good health). ⚠️SIXTH⚠️A FURTHER €60 was requested from us which we thought just had to be a joke and by this point we had to give up and cut our loss and find a new accomodation. Which is unfortunately exactly what this man wanted. We have started the process of a refund and making sure we let as many people know HOW BAD IT IS. To the owner, your instructions and policies are constructed in such a way that allows you to continue to pull this scam but one day it will all come back to you. Where I’m from there’s a saying for this kind of thing; A F***ING S***SHOW

  Con artists. Stay well away...located in council Estate with no way in. No reception and very rude and aggressive on the phone. We had two kids with us and didnt manged to get through the door. We had to find somewhere else to stay. They put us down as no show and kept all our money. Police have been informed of this terrible company.

  very rude and un professional service , i told them i will be there 5.30 they agreed . but when i got the, there wasnt anybody to fill up the registration form and do check in formalities .wasted 45-50 minutes trying to find somebody to help me out . no recpetion nor anybody there . and just yesterday they send me a link after 3 days for check in to fill up the form . when i managed to get through them , they called me liar saying i dint show up . and sais im lie just to get refund . well as soon as i booked the hostel , my father had a stroke withing 30 minutes of the reservation . and since than i tried so as the booking company to cancell this and get refund .and also my phone is international as i mentioned to them on the phone .still they say why i dint call them when i visited the property .this is how they cheat customers and also scam them like the way they did to me .i end up staying at my uncles place whose funeral took place on that day. still waiting for refund and a apology from them .

  Very bad customer service and the process is redeculoiusly bad

  What a disaster .terrible service and nothing is clear .no reception and when u get there ,there’s no one to help you out checking in .no wifi provide to check in online specially when u coming from different country .BIG SCAM . I had to waste almost 45 minutes to try and get In to fill the form . I came for the funeral leaving my father who had a stroke back home fighting g for his life . Inspite of arriving after 5.30 pm they couldn’t help me out .there was t anybody there to help me out .and when they called me I told them I’m at the funeral and I will fill pour the form when I have time .it was a stressful day with funeral and this stress . And he was asking me for my bank details to take extra charge and was rude as well .I dint give him that information as I haven’t filled the form yet .they down have empathy as well humanity at all .as if nobody in their family died and has their own father bed risen with stroke in the hospital .wouldn’t even refund the Maney when I try to contact the. Time I book the hostel ,no one was picking up the phone .now all of a sudden they contact you .try to find reasons to cancell so that they can keep the money .PLEASE DONNOT ISE THIS HOSTEL .THIS IS A SCAM .

  Stinky Frustrating and Gross

  The list of things wrong with our experience is extensive The checkin process was complicated and frustrating. My husband compared it to 'Mission Impossible' When we finally got into the apartment building and up to the floor we were staying on, the smell was terrible. Sewage being covered up by air fresheners is the only way I can describe it. We went into our room, which was nice but only had 2 plugs and without AC we needed to have the fan plugged in at all times, which made charging our devices difficult. The smell was ok in our room as long as we had the window open. The shared bathroom we were closest to was in the common area and it smelled like exhaust fumes. It was so strong that there was no way I wanted to shower in there. We had planned to stay here for 1 night on either end of our trip as the location for airport access is good but after seeing it or rather smelling it, there was no way I wanted to stay again. We tried to cancel the 2nd night but the "no cancelation policy" was binding even though it was a week before our next night was booked. When we complained about the smell we were told "it is normal for shared bathrooms to smell" We tried to explain that the snell was everywhere and the bathroom smelled like a vehicle was spewing exhaust into it, but he just kept repeating that it was normal. So we forfeited our money and booked a different hotel. Definitely do not recommend. And there was really old freezer-burned food in the fridge freezer!
