    Worst accusation ever!Broken mattress filled.with bed bagsSmall blanketsNoises and shouts 24x7Stairs to elevators which were not informed in advance. This means you have to lift your luggage yourself!Complicated check in process I had paid for 3 nights (210 euros), I left three hours after checking in, for the above reasons. Of course, neither the administration of these dreadful apartments nor Booking.com take responsibility for my claim of full refund. Considering making an official legal claim to applicable authorities to stop this swindle!Utter disaster!

    This is a 7-story building, each floor of which has about 3-4 apartments. Inside, they are divided into 3 areas: the kitchen with living room, the bedroom, and a large bathroom with shower. They are not very central to the heart of the city, but being close to the metro and bus and tram stops, the distance problem is easily solved. The prices are reasonable and the comfort of the beds and bathroom is unquestionable.Room cleaning service guaranteed every day.

    It was not bad enough that the crooks cancelled our reservation a few days before our arrival without notice, but their bathroom left me nauseous for days. I walked into the bathroom to find stool plastered all over in the toilet bowl. It would not wash even after three days of flushing. The shower floor sinking with every step. Rusting in many corners. My nausea continued when I opened the fridge. Never seen such dirty one in all my years of travel. Got sick using a cup without rinsing it first. They will charge €50 if you leave anything unwashed. It was the most uncomfortable and unpleasant stay in my whole life.

    Scammers! I booked this place in May for around 1800$Cad then 3 days before the trip I received an email that my booking was canceled?! I wrote to them asking why is canceled but no reply was received. Had to rebook as we were 5 travelling and the price was now close to 3000$!! In addition the check-in was dire. We need to do all the admin work. Save your money and book elsewhere.
