    Aircon not working, apartment VERY hot

    The AC was not working and the apartment was like a sauna. They couldn't fix it and couldn't move us to an apartment that had AC so we were forced to move out and now they are refusing to give us a refund. Horrible customer service...Be warned!

    The apartments are hardly liveable, because of the noise:1- there is a supermarket right under the first floor, and you can hear music booming ALL DAY long (the music is crystal clear, and will prevent you from sleeping).We got no answers to any mail send to the service adress.Will never book this service again.2- the street under the windows is very busy3- you can hear neighbours talking/walking

    Smooth check-in and check out (online or inside the lobby with their automated kiosk). A left in the lobby was also helpful. There was construction around, but windows and doors were soundproof so no issues there.LOCATION was probably the best, on a level road (no steep climb) and majority of the main tourist areas within walking distance. Supermarkets right next door, as were multiple brunch spots. Rue Augusta was literally adjacent to this road. Major tram lines were within a few feet and the Rossio train station not far either.Bed was comfortable, only the sofabed was too narrow and not comfortable.Cleanliness was good, Paula and Amelia doing a great job with maintaining it. All in all a really good stay in the heart of Lisbon, would recommend and definitely stay again if ever visiting again.

    Do NOT stay here! Door doesn’t open!

    The outside door code stopped working. We called the phone number for these apartments but nobody answered. We were outside for 2 hours and eventually the second door outside opened. I called the button for inside help and asked the clerk for help since the code wasn’t working anymore: he was extremely rude and annoyed that I had pressed that button for help; reluctantly gave me a new number and spoke to me as if we were stupid. It was a very bad experience. I will NEVER book again with them, as I fear not being able to open the door snd find anybody to help me. They don’t answer the phone!

    Bad impression. Not clean bed and pillow didn't smell clean. Dead bugs in the corner s. Sofa was extremely dirty the building not good exterior the o ly thing nice was the remodeled bathroom the size of the apartment is ok for a couple not a family of 4. Too small
