  The appartment is located in a very lively street (which we knew upfront). I wouldn’t go there if you are with only women or with little kids. But if you are not easily spooked but grouos of men hanging out together, the area is more than fine. It totally was worth the money. The apartment itself was very nice. Looked like it was just refurbished. Great shower and comfy bed. Great cleaning service. Very efficient way of checking in and out

  Disappointing stay in an unsafe location

  Our stay at this apartment was unfortunately very disappointing. The location was also a major letdown. The surrounding area felt unsafe, particularly in the evenings. There were groups of men loitering nearby and a noticeable presence of individuals who appeared to be using drugs right outside the building. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and left both me and my female friend feeling unsafe when walking to and from the apartment, especially due to the persistent staring we experienced.The shower base was cracked and uneven, making it unstable to stand on and extremely noisy. The apartment itself was very basic and did not resemble the photos advertised. It would benefit greatly from modernisation and some thoughtful interior design.As soon as you turn the corner towards the apartment, the environment feels run-down and unwelcoming. I strongly believe the owners should consider a different location, one that feels safer, more family‑friendly, and more reflective of the Lisbon experience most travellers expect.Overall, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

  Area is unsafe for women. Prostitution and drugs and gangs of men congregating around the area. Lisbon is a wonderful place to visit just do yoir research on where you stay. Unfortunately we didn't see the trip advisors reviews prior to our stay and then stayed somewhere else immediately. Never actually got inside the apartment which no matter how lovely it may be it can't change it's surroundings. We had a wonderful trip to Lisbon and would highly recommend. Just check trip advisor before you book anywhere.

  Terrible part of Lisbon - not safe, dirty streets - prostitution, drug deals- seems to be a neighborhood of all men who make it uncomfortable for women. Lisbon serviced apartments does a great job on the apartments . Clean - well appointed. All the other ones have been great. This are is just unsafe. Two Ubers rejected our request for a ride to this zone and on Sunday as we arrived how- 200 (no exaggeration) men were loitering in the street! Super bad experience

  Check in process was terrible. We had not received check in instructions so i called the property the day before. I was told that no code to door would be given but to press doorbell upon arrival as it was 24/7 serviced apartments. When we arrived, no one answered the door and nobody answered my call when I rang them. If it did not been for another guest, we would not have gotten in the building and would’ve been stuck out in the street which others have described is filled with loitering men. We did not feel safe.
