  The hotel is directly below the flight path of Lisbon international airport Unbelievable noise levels- just noticed ear plugs in the room No block out blinds Check in at 3 , I had to call at 3.15 for access Booked a courtyard room - get a street facing room Take it or leave it attitude

  Cons· Non-existent cleaning and in the "daily cleaning" the only thing they did was change the towels because they didn't even clean the room.· Excessively noisy. This was even worse than dirt. The acoustic isolation is zero, so you could hear all the noise from the planes that passed every 20 minutes, the noise from the street, and any movement from the other rooms.· The lockers on the ground floor do not work; they swallow the coins and do not close. No one from the hotel can solve the problem since the management of the lockers is carried out by an external company.· Terrible location· The area in which the hotel is located is not safe.· There is no reception or anyone to help you.· Excessively expensive for the lousy qualitiesPros· Wi-Fi worked fine.· Good water pressure in the shower.· The quality of the mattress is not bad.

  Excessively expensive for the lousy qualities. The cleanliness is non-existent (stained curtains, moldy shower, dirty kitchen utensils). The worst thing is that it is not properly isolated and it is impossible to sleep between the noise of the planes, the street and the rest of the rooms.

  Please read this: One night water started to fall on the room - through the electric cables. After a few phone calls the hotel was not able to provide me another room and I had to leave the at my own expense and find another hotel on short notice.Never got my costs refunded - Would not recommend this property at any circumstance.

  I really enjoyed our staying in lisbon apartment.The best thing:There is no reception,you have entrance code to come inside building and room.The room is super super clean.The cleaning service and virtual reception was really good and fast.For us everything was enough beacause we spent all our time to visit lisbon and around.Hotel is near the airport and 15 min driving to the centro.We had our car,there is parking space around but you have to pay.At keast I will choose this brand again to visit lisbon.
