    Had such an amazing stay there ✨ The hotel really took care of every little detail. Everyone was so lovely and the service was great, you can tell they genuinely care about their guests and making them feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!!

    I stayed in March, and only now managing to leave the review, but the good memories lingered!Location and hotel was very good. It's a couple of tram stops away from the main city attractions but that probably allows it to offer bigger rooms than nearly every other European city holiday hotel I've stayed at. There was a tram stop only a block away from the hotel which made it very easy/quick to get to/from airport as well as the sightseeing places. If breakfast is an important factor for your choice of hotel, then you'd be happy here. Lots of choice - hot foods, breads and cheese/meats, sweet stuff, staff on their toes to refill your coffeee/ tea. Breakfast area was large too, so no worrying for me about waiting for a table etc.I would definitely return here if I got the chance to return to Lisbon. Light show was worth seeing (it lasted 15-20 minutes). No problems at all with anything at the hotel. Thanks to Marta for seemless check in. And thanks to all other staff who made it a great stay.

    A very nice hotel with an eye on the environment. Unlimited free water for the room, in glass bottles. No plastic. The staff are attentive but not in your face. Breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious, the only drawback was the complicated light switch system. Nice Green touch, when you leave the room the lights go off automatically. We would definitely return. Good location close to the Metro.

    If you're looking for a beautiful boutique hotel with its own unique charm and perfectly located in Downtown Lisbon, this is the right place! We stayed there for 2 nights and had an amazing experience with how kind the staff were, how beautiful the rooms were (we stayed in a deluxe room), and the many amenities!We had both dinner and breakfast at their in-hotel restaurant and it was a good spread for breakfast and delicious dinner options.It was also very helpful having a gym and the nightly Light Show is worth watching every night at 22:00!Would definitely return here because it is great bang for buck value!

    Lumen hotel was absolutely siperb! location is great quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. staff was amazing , breakfast was delicious and the level of cleaniness was beyond! highly recommend staying here
