    No sleep, too noisy….

    The room is clean and based on reading past reviews, must have been updated as we found everything in good repair. Do not choose this hotel if you are interested in getting some sleep. Walls are paper thin, music in the park blares until after midnight on a weeknight, someone above you takes a shower and you are going to hear a waterfall and lastly, while AC is awesome to have- it’s loud and blows right into your face. Truly too bad as we appreciated all else, friendly staff and proximity to places.     Wonderful staff, special mention to Fatima on reception & young Luckas (plus the lady in the restaurant check in for breakfast) Great choice for breakfast with good coffee. Just a few minutes walk to the ferry to Comporta. Great value for money, spotlessly clean, we will certainly book again next time we are in the region!     Great holiday stay at the Luna Hotel!

    We had a Venice stay at the Luna Hotel. The hotel staff and Roberto were very friendly and responsive. The location was great - near the popular farmers market and great restaurants on the water. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be back!

    Had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were quite large and comfortable., clean and bright. There was a little street noise late at night but it wasn’t a serious issue after 11pm. Breakfast was very good. Staff were efficient and friendly and the hotel was convenient for shops and restaurants.

    The room was spacious and comfortable, check in and out were easy, and the room was clean. We were on the third floor. There were 3 let downs for us based on the amenities listed: no AC (we had them come up and she said only heat on or off. The room got warm. We opened the windows to cool it, but with street and bird noise we couldn’t leave them open), no waters in the room, but the tap was fine, and there is a safe but you have to pay a daily fee And a deposit to get the key to use it - ridiculous! We enjoyed their breakfast and the location was great. I think they need to work on those 3 things and their rating would greatly improve.
