175 rooms, including 159 double rooms, are located on 11 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     This was one of the best experiences ever. I just returned home. I booked two days before the date a package deal: flight and hotel, so I didn't do much research and followed my gut feeling. The metro, train and busses to all the hotspots re close by. The hotel was super squicky clean, stylish but not posh and over the top. The room was amazing, the bed was divine. I switched rooms on the more quite site of the road and that was not a problem at al. The staff was the biggest plus: they were a delight: friendly, patient and superkind helping out with tips and planning of trips. Definitely a 10/10! When I visit Lisbon again, I will book this hotel again.

    We stayed at Lutecia Smart Design Hotel in Lisboa, Portugal, in April 2026. The full breakfast is delicious. It was the nicest breakfast out of three hotels we stayed at during our time in Portugal! The rooms are spacious, clean and modernized nicely. The front desk staff, especially Mateus and Monica, are what makes this hotel a true pleasure to stay in. They are friendly, patient, knowledgeable about Lisbon, and they take the time to truly help you find the right restaurant, transportation, directions, etc. They are real gems at Lutecia! I hope management reads this review! As far as a few suggestions for improvement at the hotel, providing guests with hand lotion in the bathroom, and coffee/tea free of charge in the room would go a long way to improving the overall experience. A complimentary bottle of water on the first day is very nice but waking up to a coffee or tea while you get ready is a great perk! Small gestures make big differences to travelers! Overall, I highly recommend this smart design hotel in Lisbon, Portugal!     Poor customer service if not part of a group

    The hotel location, whilst out of the centre, suited our needs completely. Our room was comfortable but the customer service experience was lacking somewhat. Despite the bar being incredibly quiet Ricardo was overbearing and rude when my wife rested her legs (not feet)on the table. During our stay we saw FC Porto and SCP players there with their feet on tables eating food not bought from the hotel, none of this was challenged. Duty manager explained when asked about this “we’re not allowed to speak to the players”. When large bookings arrived, ‘guests’ prior to being allocated rooms did as they wished with food, still nothing said!
