    Very friendly staff, clean room, great heated rooftop pool. The restaurant meal deal for €50 was excellent value for money, great choices and well cooked. We stayed 3 nights, and the hotel is located at the top of Lisbon, about 20 minutes walk to Praco do Commercial, although there are buses and taxis. A tuk tuk tour is expensive, which we didn’t do, but the Metro is very easy to use and was only €8 all day. If you buy a Lisboa card, even better value for money. The City bus tour was a disappointment, mainly because 3 of the attractions on the route we chose, were closed for maintenance.

    The hotel is nice and very well located, but the service is terrible. The pool is completely neglected by the staff and is in very poor condition during the day. And the staff service—despite asking them for things three times—they never do them.

    Amazing hotel...staff amazing nothing too much trouble, facilties brilliant warm pool😀 food delicious, rooms great well be back. I have stayed lots of 5 star and 4 star hotels around the world. Walter the bar manager from Brazil is the best of the best - please say hello to him when you visit from Michelle UK ❤️

    Very central and good hotel. The facilities and options the hotel offers are very good for the price and location. We also recommend the TukTuk experience from the hotel. The TukTuk driver RUI was very friendly, communicative and helpful. We had a great experience overall.

    Disappointing stay, unprofessional management, and poor maintenance

    This was my second stay at Hotel Lux Lisboa Park (the first one was two years ago), and unfortunately, the quality has dropped dramatically. The entire experience was disappointing – from the room condition to the hotel’s response afterward.1. Condition & Maintenance:The hotel is in urgent need of renovation. Many areas look worn-out and outdated, far from the standard it once had. The charm of my first visit is completely gone.2. Service Reduction:It’s clear that staff numbers have been cut. Many services previously offered are no longer available, and the remaining team – though friendly – is clearly overworked. The overall guest experience suffers as a result.3. The Shower Disaster:The biggest issue was a broken shower in our room:Day 1 & 2: The shower didn’t work. Neither the front desk nor the maintenance staff could fix it.Temporary “solution”: We had to move to another room twice just to take a shower – completely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.Day 3: We finally received a functioning room, but moving around during a short vacation ruined the experience.4. Compensation – Extremely Unprofessional:Management promised a credit as compensation for the inconvenience, but after two months and several follow-ups by phone and email, I’ve received no response and no refund. Ignoring guests after such issues is simply unacceptable.Overall Verdict:Once a pleasant hotel, now clearly past its prime. Poor maintenance, reduced service, and unprofessional guest communication have turned it into a disappointment.Despite the kind staff, I cannot recommend this hotel anymore. Never again Lux Lisboa Park.
