    I stayed recently in this hotel 3 nights as weekend break. Location and breakfast were good but everything else was horrible. Room 306 where I stayed is next to housekeeping closet and you receive a wake up call at 6am when night shift porter switch on laundry machine and walls are very thin so you can hear everything and even your bed is shaking from the laundry machine at 6am. In the bathroom and above the windows are mould everywhere! It’s literally shocking! I think I am considering to send there local authorities from Lisbon Council to make a control because this is against health and safety. And bonus on the end - is young female slightly blond receptionist was very rude and constantly on her private mobile speaking to her friends all shifts and she didn’t care about anything. I never faced such horrible experiences and I don’t recommend this hotel to stay at all!

    Would never normally book a 1* hotel but needed a hotel for sleep only so booked this last minute. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. Arriving very late, we entered the front door to a fabulous welcome from a lovely smiling chatty receptionist, he was a pleasure & most helpful. Beds were comfortable with crisp clean linen, shower was large, towels & toiletries supplied. No tea/coffee or water in the room. Everything was clean, central location and no street noise. Yes it’s basic but it doesn’t claim to be anything else, however, it is a little overpriced but probably because we were a last minute booking.

    Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived around 1am due to a late flight and the receptionist was very chatty and friendly. After a long day of travelling we loved arriving to a warm welcome even if it was early hours of the morning! Great area, metro literally on the doorstep and rooms were spacious and beautifully clean. Highly recommend, lovely hotel!

    I had a great stay here. The location is great, step outside and you're in the heart of the city.The room is fairly basic, but comfortable, good air con and decent shower. I didnt find it too noisy. The breakfast was nice too. The staff are friendly and helpful.

    Stayed in a basic room n this hotel near Rossio Square and metro station. It is in the heart of the Baxia tourist area so good central location to explore Lisbon. It has a breakfast for a additional charge which was okay for one morning. Internet was good.
