    We arrived in Lisbon on Monday and, in an effort to keep the trip as cheap as possible, we initially booked a hostel. Well, we quickly regretted that decision! Masa Hotel to the rescue!​It was around 1:00 AM when we arrived, feeling a bit frazzled, but we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by the hotel reception staff. They swiftly got us checked in and settled and a special shoutout for helping us figure out the vending machine! Thank you!​Our stay was perfect from start to finish.​The Room: Our room was great and cleaned daily to a high standard. It was a lovely, comfortable space to retreat to after a long day of exploring.​Breakfast: The daily breakfast was nice, offering a great way to start our mornings.​The only minor disappointment was that the hotel itself didn't sell alcohol. However, this really wasn't an inconvenience as there are plenty of bars and cafes right around the corner.​We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. The friendly service, the clean rooms, and the fantastic location made our holiday what it should have been!​We will definitely be back again soon!

    LOCATION NOT THE BEST BUT DECENT HOTEL

    The facade of the hotel is not very impressive and the lobby somewhat small and dark. The room itself was fairly large and very bright. It is located on a main street but noise was not an issue. The elevators were slow and small. I opted to walk eight flights of stairs with two suitcases to get to our room. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. The television had stations with a multitude of languages including English. Breakfast buffet was very good. The location is just so-so requiring travel to sights, restaurants, etc.

    This was a nice hotel, a little far from the downtown, making transit to and from all the sites, around 30 to 50 minutes on bus, metro, or tram. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were excellent and the bathroom was great. Everything was perfectly clean.

    The hotel was great as well as it’s accommodation. Room was big, comfortable and most important clean. The gym was also nice for someone, who wants to do a daily workout. Personnel was also friendly, willing to help you if needed! I would highly recommend it for everyone.

    This hotel is located in a quiet area on a busy street. Good location with many shops close by. The bathroom was a good size with a rain shower.The room is basic and the mattress on room 202 was hard.The reception staff was friendly and attentive.Breakfast has a good variety for everyone
