    Fantastic surprise

    rating01 Feb 2026

Fantastic surprise! I didn’t expect such great value for money in the Almirante Reis area. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel is relatively new. Even on the sixth floor you can hear the metro slightly, but not enough to be a real issue. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the metro station. Good breakfast as well. Overall, a fantastic experience. please try not to increase the prices! 😊

    Hotel is dishonest

    rating03 May 2025

On April 28th 2025, Portugal had power outage. A friend of the owner of this hotel reserved a room for us. We arrived from the airport at midnight after long delays and the owner charged us 450 euros for the night. We were stranded so we had to pay. This hotel is dishonest and can not be trusted. It is a 2 star hotel for location but given 3 stars. It was a horrible experience.

    nightmare

    rating29 Mar 2025

We stayed here for five days, and had to change hotels on the third day. First of all, the rooms were not clean or made up on the first day. The condition of the hotel was deplorable, given that it is old and was under construction. The first day we found that some of the sheets were wet, and the staff didn't pay any attention to us. When we went to leave the hotel because of the noise and the terrible conditions, they wanted to charge us the deposit for a previous defect, which if we had not recorded it they would have charged us. Endless waiting times, both for check-in and for the restaurant. In the restaurant, people ate on the floor due to lack of space. In short, they ruined our visit to this magnificent city. It is a terrible area to go with children, it is full of drug addicts and criminals. The photos are of the things for which they wanted to scam our bail.

    Awful

    rating06 Mar 2025

Worst hotel in Lisbon, really dirty hallways and rooms, broken toilets. It took us 3 hours to check-in. We were 3 people in one room and we always had only 2 sets of towels even though we asked for them multiple times everyday and nobody gave us. Really bad food and never enough for all the people. Although we were a school group, we never made noise or broke something. They took our monetary deposit of €40 each with no reason or explanation anyway, they told us they had proofs of complaints but they refused to show us. We discussed about the monetary deposit and the reception staff physically attacked two of my friends (minors) in the hall. Worst experience of my life. They only want to steal your money with no reason and they don’t offer you the services they advertise online.

    TERRIBLE

    rating06 Mar 2025

Worse hotel ever. We were a group of 20 students and we were treated with an inhuman disrespect. We arrived and it took 3 hours to do the check-in. The staff were incompetent and extremely rude. The rooms were dirty , such as the glasses which had lip stains on it. Furthermore there were ants all around the bathroom. At breakfast there was few food and the staff was really annoyed when we asked them to bring us what was missing. Lastly the staff at the end of our stay took some money from us, without registering them. They even allowed themselves to raise their hands against minors. I defined this experience terrible. The staff must learn first of all english( since they were not capable of having a proper conversation) and then how to behave.
