    Great - Easy to get around

    I’m a travel consultant, by profession, and booked this hotel as a part of a pre-packaged vacation for our family of 3. It’s our first visit to Lisbon and our priority is convenience to public transportation. There are several nice restaurants and a large mall (with grocery store) adjacent, too. Our room is perfectly comfortable, with a nice view, and we received the bathtub we requested. The staff have all been kind and accommodating but Ruben, in particular, made our first impression wonderful. I’d recommend this property. I would book as room only instead of breakfast plan, though, as I didn’t feel the breakfast was a good value (quality for money).     Perfect, clean, large room on the 8th floor...faced the railway station but I heard nothing! The bed was very comfortable.     Good business hotel with large and clean rooms. Nice bar on ground floor and good breakfast. The hotel also has a wellness area which offers massage, sauna and steam room.     A great hotel despite being far from the center of Lisbon, but has many means of transport nearby. The Hotel itself is worthy of the 4 stars, spacious rooms, very clean with a pleasant breakfast, maybe the quality of certain products could be improved, kind staff, everything you could expect from a superior 4 stars the only negative points are the soundproofing there was the noise of the trains and subway until very late, but the worst is the lack of luggage collection and delivery service you have to load them from the taxi and take them which is not at all pleasant, when it comes to elderly people or people with disabilities Diogo Lopes, Diretor-Geral at Melia Lisboa Oriente, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback.     Best Time in Lisboa

    Honestly, we had super nice time at Melia Oriente! When we come, staff was smiling and make us feel very welcome, place look really elegant and also super clean what is important for us.It was birthday trip so hotel give us bottle prosecco with some sweets in room, which was cool surprise – we was really happy and feel special because of that.Service was great, people in hotel always ready to help and very friendly. Room was big, everything very clean and comfy, so we sleep like babies.Really, nothing bad to say, maybe breakfast could be bigger or more choices, but we was still happy. For us, it was much better than we expect.I tell everyone – go there if you want good vibes and cool service. Next time in Lisbon, we return for sure!
