    Decent hotel with nice if not small room but doesn’t matter for a few days. The location is excellent. Right in the middle of lovely restaurants, bars etc and easy access to all areas. There seems to be an issue with the heating. Room was cold and the heater only worked now and again. Terrible smell in the shower when we arrived but got better the more we ran the tap. I would stay again as it was clean and comfortable and the location is brilliant.

    Smart, Clean & Tidy with Friendly Staff

    Apart from its spectacular location for getting around Lisbon, one of my favourite things about the hotel was how friendly the staff were. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The mood was pleasant, and the staff always had a smile - despite dealing with 'us' English tourists who couldn't hardly speak a word of Portuguese, and when we could, we butchered the pronunciation.Very friendly, stylish, and convenient for what we paid in the heart of Lisbon. It was clean and tidy and well looked after. Although the valve on our shower needs to be looked at in room 104. We would happily stay again, thanks to the hotel Staff for our short stay.

    Absolutely perfect hotel! The location is central to everything. Staff, especially Lara, are amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for 2.

    We have just returned from a fabulous 4 night break in Lisbon, staying at the MeraPrime Gold Hotel in room 504.The hotel is in a fantastic location, with a plethora of restaurants and bars nearby.The hotel reception is bright and warm and the staff are super friendly and efficient.We were checked in by Avalon and Lara on Saturday evening. They were both very friendly and kindly moved us to room 504 after we requested a higher floor. They gave us information about local restaurants and we were even greeted with a glass of juice and pasteis de nata. Yummy.The rooms although small were efficient and we were even provided with robes, which was a nice touch.wifi was availble anywhere in the hotel and was fast.The rooms were clen and noise was minimal from the streetThe staff we met in the mornings Rafael and Ricardo were very efficient and friendly, and provided advice on where pharmacies were located as well as making me a cup of tea to take back to the room for my wife.We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as we wanted to explore what Lisbon had on offer.I recommend this hotel highly for its warm and friendly staff and location to amenities.     Nice hotel and great location

    Hotel in great location, Central to all attractions. Easy to get to from the airport...ordered an uber which took us door to door.Room very compact but has everything required (shampoo/showergel/coffee/bottled water), very clean and beds really comfortable.The hotels uses their reception area as a breakfast/dining room which was fine (but very warm) but no separate bar which to be honest we struggled to find one near by as all restaurants are geared up for dining and not drinking.We stayed for 3 nights but every morning the breakfast service was different ...first morning...self serve..great, get what you want. Next morning was handed a order form to have hot food cooked, this took forever, especially when you wanted to get out and about before the rain started again! The third morning we were left thr order form on our room door the night before to preorder before midnight....how do you know what you want 9 hrs before??? Three different methods, please stick to one and not keep changing it.We did see the hotel also offers dinner, set price for three courses then 15% off for guests. but there is so many restaurants on the doorstep to try. But beware of the waiters of the street restaurants trying to lure you in with their plastic menus full of pictures....gets a bit tiredsome.Over all a good trip, take practical footwear as streets uneven (and slippery when wet) and walk everywhere as you see all the pretty streets/buildings and views.
