Location

The resort is located on Portugal's Costa Azul, in Algeruz (Palmela), near Palmela Castle. It is just 30 min south of Lisbon. Those seeking beach or leisure holidays will find beautiful beaches just 20 min away by car.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 93 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Great golf course but hotel could do with some modernising. Overall, really enjoyed our stay with friendly staff. Golf course was fantastic.

    A few day for golf is fine but the hotel is old and need refurbishment.Service and restaruant are good and you can spend good time golfing in this resort.Not much to do around the property. Need to have a car to drive to the coast and enjoy setubal , General Manager at Montado Hotel & Golf Resort, responded to this review We really appreciate your comment and the time you spent with us.     My husband and I enjoyed our week at Montado and had 5 great rounds of golf. However the hotel needs a make over, its rather tired and the breakfast and dinner buffet food is very basic and restrictive. However it’s very clean and the staff are very friendly. It’s also good value for money.     We had a great time celebrating our 5 year anniversary. We had a room with an amazing view of the golf course and had dinner in the restaurant.     Nice hotel for couples

    We spent a couple of nights in Montado Hotel. The area is great and the landscape is very relaxing. Good food and drinks in the restaurant, while the breakfast was quite average. The staff is friendly and quite supportive. We got massages from their spa services and we were satisfied. Nothing much to complain about or demand more than different neighbors. For two nights we were surrounded by a group of teen travelers that were quite noisy. However, as we discussed with the staff, it's not a common thing to host teens. More often you will be around golf players and couples.Overall, great hotel for a nice price.
