    Don't go to this hotel--Poor Service and No Air Conditioning was provided

    Please NEVER go to this hotel during winter. During our stay, our room temperature was at 25 degrees at all time because they only turns on heat during winter time and there was no way for you to adjust the room temperature on your own. They made a false advertisement on their website saying that AC would be provided but it’s not the case.We were feeling unwell and we have reached out to different staffs about this issue. But their responses were inconsistent and they were unable to give us any solutions. They asked us to open the windows but it was extremely noisy and busy nearby so we couldn’t sleep if we left the window opened.The staffs also told us it’s not the first time they have received complaints from customers regarding this issue. Expedia and the hotel keeps telling us “Heating equals to AC” which is completely absurd and ridiculous. They should have made a clear statement that the AC is seasonal. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with the hotels.     Maybe it's because we're British or maybe it's because we had travelled with hand luggage only, but I don't recognise the reviews here that talk about small rooms! We had the most basic double and it was lovely - very clean, comfy bed, nice bathroom and free wifi.The location is excellent (even if we took the longer route from the metro) and the staff are friendly and efficient.We didn't have breakfast or eat here so can't comment on that.     Horrible risotto

    The mushroom risotto was horrible and staff was not accommodating. Refused to change the dish . The risotto tasted Rancid . Customer service is zero . Wont recommend.
