    Great location. Nice restaurant and tasty food. Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are TINY - had to shuffle around the edge of the bed. Bathroom also tiny. Couldn't sit straight on the toilet as knees touched the wall! I know they are old buildings and not designed as a hotel, but for the money paid I expected better. Also the bed headboard covering was worn through on one side - I've never seen that before in a hotel.If it wasn't for the location I would say this hotel is only Average.     A good hotel for the price and location.

    Very friendly staff. Room was fine for our purposes and clean. From street level to the hotel lifts, you effectively go through the bar/restaurant area which when you first enter with your luggage, can be a bit off-putting.As we arrived late, and were starving, we ate in the Italian restaurant the first night, for which you get a good discount for a visit. Which is what we needed after a long day. The hotel location is perfect and plenty of bars/restaurants and public transport options outside the front door.Well recommended.     Great location, great little hotel!

    Great location and so reasonably priced. Staff were polite and attentive and my daughter and I had a lovely stay. We had a lovely meal the one night we ate at the hotel. I read some reviews making reference to the noise outside but we didn’t have any such issues when the shutters on our balcony were closed as they did a great job of blocking the road noise out. It was lovely to wake up and open them to see the trams trundle past!     Housekeeping brought the entire experience down

    Receptionist who checks us in was super friendly and gave us all the tips needed BUT housekeeping was… not housekeepers that are meant to clean. They threw my teddy bear on the floor while cleaning the bed and left it on the floor. Disappointing with such act.
