  Location, Location, Location!

  A quirky boutique hotel nestled between some shops so not necessarily easy to find but worth seeking out.Location is right on to Rossio Square central to all shops, restaurants and easy access to transport to all the touristy bits.Rooms are spacious and have good amenities like tea / coffee, bottled water and robes. Depending on your rooms you have a view of the square or the street behind. Despite location it was never noisy in the evening so a good nights sleep is assured. The breakfast is very good. There is a good choice of meats / cheeses, cereals, pastries and fresh fruit as you’d expect. Fried eggs and omelette are cooked to order. Plenty of cakes as well including Pastel de Nata which were nice and warm. The staff from our arrival, breakfast and departure were always helpful giving tips on places to see, navigating around etc. Definitely recommend this hotel for long or short breaks.   We stayed here for a week in a suite and it was better than expected and such good value for money.The rooms were spacious and modern, but still having charm. We had a view of the square and the castle which was lovely to sit and look out at with a bottle of wine.The room had a kettle and ample teas and coffees which was unexpected, as I didnt remember seeing this listed when we booked.Joao (the receptionist) was extremely helpful in giving us tips to the best places to eat, to visit and where to avoid. Some of the other receptionists were not as friendly so we were very glad we met him. When we arrived early he kindly looked after our luggage and took it to our room for us.A few times we were offered drugs when walking through the square but we were mindful of our bags and belongings and had no other problems. The breakfast in the hotel was lovely with lots of options for fussy eats, including the vegetarians with us, but not great for the vegans. We would definitely recommend and return. We could not fault the place at all!   Best location and value stay in Lisbon

  Location is key!! I stayed here on my last nights in Lisbon. This hotel is directly in Rossio Square. Near the Rossio metro station, in the middle of the Baixa shopping area. Super easy to find and a short walk from everything you need. The staff here is so helpful! I was able to book a day trip to Sintra with the hotel pretty easily. I felt so taken care of! If you’re hungry, there is a restaurant on the second floor. If you want your own groceries there are several grocery options nearby as well as restaurants and eateries. Also the rooms are themed so well and the beds are so comfortable. I would stay here again!   Best hotel in Lisbon

  This hotel is right on Rossio square and my room overlooked the square. It was a spectacular room at an awesome price.Micaela went above and beyond to make my stay very very special. She recommended a great restaurant, a TukTuk, and she even helped me get my (very heavy) luggage out of my car. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. My opinion it’s the best in Lisbon.
