    Lisboa’s grand hotel

    When travelling alone it’s nice to be welcomed into a comfortable, stylish and peaceful environment.All members of staff were friendly, helpful and made me feel valued. The bed was huge, shower powerful and I would be very happy to recommend this hotel. It’s not in the city centre, so more relaxing, but the metro is easy to navigate and cheap. A great choice. Thank you.

    I was a late afternoon check in and was told the room i booked wasn’t available ( double bed ) but for €10 more i could guarantee a double bed - as i had already booked a double bed i refused to pay this and a room was found!!     We stayed at this hotel for one night because our flight was canceled. At first, we had a problem with the room reservation, but the staff was super helpful and helped us sort it out. The staff was also very caring and understanding about our situation. It was possible to arrange a taxi to the airport for the next morning.Unfortunately, we weren’t able to try the breakfast because our flight left early in the morning. The hotel was clean and pleasant, and everything worked well. The location is also convenient for going to the airport, and there is a supermarket near the hotel.It would be nice to come back for a longer stay to appreciate the hotel even more.     Stayed 3 nights, great breakfast buffet, rooms were on 2nd floor and we're a bit noisy with busy street, bus and taxis coming and going.
