  This was a lovely hotel in a perfect location. We were welcomed on arrival with a drink and pastry. Our room was small but had everything we needed. Filippe on reception was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be recommending this hotel and would stay again.

  Excellent experience at Nicolo Rossi Hotel

  Great front desk staff, friendly housekeeping team, great location! Highly recommend. It was my birthday on our second day of our stay and the front desk team surprised me with a birthday cake! That made me feel so special! Hotel was in great location and even though our room faced the busy plaza, it was very quiet and the only time we heard the excitement from outside was when we opened our window! Hotel close to metro and meet up locations of our day tours.   We had a wonderful stay! The room was immaculate, bed and pillows very comfortable and the staff were super accommodating. Walking distance to lots of attractions, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.   Small hotel with a personal feel

  We just returned from a lovely trip for our 20th wedding anniversary, we knew nothing about the hotel bed we booked it so we were pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. From the greeting at the front desk to the check out 3 days later we couldn’t fault much. The staff were so nice, from the gentleman on the check in to the young lady who cleaned our room, exceptionally well trained and really polite. The hotel was spotless, and remained that way. The breakfast was really nice and the selection was lovely.   Our Nicola Rossio hotel in Lisbon was perfectly placed right in the city center. Everything we needed was just steps away.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Felipe. His English was excellent, and what truly stood out was his fluency in five languages. More than that, he was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. He even spared us a long uphill walk to the castle by letting us know there was an elevator. Something we were truly grateful for.The room itself was on the smaller side, especially with four pieces of luggage, but it was comfortable and more than enough for our three-night stay.We’re giving this hotel 4 stars, largely because of Felipe’s outstanding service and the convenience of having breakfast included each morning. Small space, but a big experience made memorable by thoughtful hospitality.
