    Not given the Exclusive Suite according to the Rooms section of their website.

    I booked the Exclusive Suite, expecting to be given the room shown in the Rooms section of their own website for the Exclusive Suite. I have been given a Suite (with terrace to the right of the bed rather than in front of it) not the Exclusive Suite. The Receptionists are just saying this is also an Exclusive Suite. Don't trust that you will get what you think you are booking!!!

    We were here with a group tour so we did not pick the hotels. However, this hotel was fine. Thestaff was always friendly and helpful for us. The bar was exceptional and the breakfast was fine and varied. The rooms were small but we are only sleeping there so that was not a deal breaker. The lamps and lights needed a bit of maintenance but the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. Overall it was a great experience for me.

    I booked a junior suite room for my honeymoon. The room I received was not as advertised and half the size of the room I booked and prepaid for. Every other room on the top floor was twice the size and included the features I paid for, such as a sofa and dining area. The staff insisted I was wrong and talked to me like I was stupid. They clearly gave the larger rooms to other guests and over booked. Never stay here.

    Unfortunately this hotel did not live up to expectations. Whilst the hotel looks nice, it does not deliver on basic functions which made the stay uncomfortable. First of, there really isn’t enough space for your belongings and the room only had a few hangers. I had to buy shampoo and conditioner as the bathroom wasn’t stocked up properly. The biggest let down was the faulty aircon which made the room sweltering hot. I complained 4 times and the staff didn’t seem bothered and reception even managed to put the heating on! The breakfast had a few okay things but the hot food such as the scrambled eggs and bacon was pretty shocking. As I wasn’t sleeping properly due to the heat I asked for a key to open the window - it never arrived. I turned to the website which had a few other rooms available and I asked to be upgraded and reception said that they had no availability, which was a lie. I felt like the staff couldn’t care less about my comfort and happiness at the hotel. A lot of work is needed to improve the services and fix the aircon. Safe to say I will not be returning nor recommending this hotel during my next visit.Very poor and disappointing.

    AC not working, room extremely HOT

    It is very clean and well maintained place. Everything looks pretty new and good quality. Room is spacious enough but not a lot of shelving to keep you clothing outside of the bags. Unfortunately our short stay was ruined by NOT working AC. We have reported to receptionist that AC isn't working, they told us that is was centrally switched OFF, and now should be OK as they switched it ON. When we came back from night out, AC was still faulty, we have complained this time as temperature was way to high. We have complained once more on the morning as it was another sleepless night due to overheated room. Nothing was done. Eventually AC was faulty for all of our period. Temepratures in the room were in between 27'C and 29'C with window open as much as possible. Air supplied to the room had temperature of 40'C!!!
