    Hi. I and my friend has booked our holiday way before covid-19 pandemic outbreak. However, in may 15-19/2020 There was no way to travel out to any countries in the world. Unfortunately the hotel refused to get in touch and refund our holiday although this was sth out of everyone’s control. While travel companies and other hotels provided refund, this hotel did NOTHING to help us in this situation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    CAN I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS???I'd like to start off by saying that I did not expected much for the price I paid, however there is still a level to maintain when in the hospitality industry. Absolute worst place I have ever experienced with accommodation. I was supposed to stay for 3 night however upon arriving the environment felt very unsafe. I decided to book another place and when leaving the accommodation there were police everywhere searching the area. I went to a nearby ice cream store (which has the best ice cream and the kindest staff) and waited for an Uber. I chatted with the staff at the ice cream store and they said that there is a huge problem with dealing in the area. As a female solo traveler it is not very comforting to stay in such an area. To get to the entrance of the hotel there is almost no light to guide the way. When entering the building it smells extremely bad and you can see that the carpets have not been cleaned in over 100 years. I booked a twin room and it is nothing that the pictures promised and the bathroom looks worse than that of public toilets. The towels have stains on them and there was NO soap in the soap dispenser. I wrote an email to the staff to ask for a refund and they refused it and claimed that the maintenance team was on the premises and found no faults. Absolute scam and the worst service ever!!!

    I have booked a room in this hotel 4 months before my holidays and 5 days before my arrival I sent them an e-mail asking for the confirmation about my stay there (just to be sure, because actually everything has already been confirmed with an e-mail I received in April).I haven't received any feedback from them, but only a standard e-mail from Booking.com telling they had problems with my credit card and can't get the payment. I solved everything within an hour and I sent them an e-mail telling they could get their payment, but nobody answered again.The day after I received another mail from Booking.com with a cancellation of my reservation, so 4 days before my arrival I didn't have any place where to stay and where to sleep... and the worst thing of all is that I sent them 2 e-mails and they never answered.I called directly the hotel to ask for more information and how to solve the problem and talked to a very unfriendly and impolite person and his and is solution was: "Find another hotel!"So guys, don't book a room here and don't trust them: they will leave you in trouble and on the street without even say sorry and try to offer you a solution.If this is how you care about your guests, you do a very awful job.

    The rooms are so small and dirty. There is no heating so we had to sleep with 2 layers of clothes. The bathroom is so small and there were hair on the floor and sink. For the price we paid, we have stayed in a way better hotel. Overpriced with terrible amenities.

    This was a nightmare: after 14h of international flight next-door room was on renovation and even after asking management to stop they did not. 3 floors without elevator and worst: traffic dealers all the nigtht shouting. Police came and arrested one, but the others were there. Dangerous place
