    Our little children and we loved this loft. Breakfast was excellent, with perfect service. Service at check-in rather good. Location very central in a street where a taxi or uber can't get in, I think, but he can drop you off around the corner (20 meters away).

    Spacious QUIET loft in the heart of Bairro Alto!!

    My first time in Lisboa and could not have asked for a better hotel to start my vacation! I loved that my room was ready early after a long flight and once I went in, I was so happy and surprised at how spacious the loft was. The photos don't do it justice! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was a great addition (did not use it but would have if I needed to) and the shower was perfect temperature and pressure. It's right in Bairro Alto, where all the clubs and bars are and yet I did not hear one sound in the evenings. It was great being close to the bars during Halloween and just steps away from the hotel. It was also very lovely being greeted each day by the staff and being asked how my day was. I will most definitely be staying here again when I come back to Lisboa and will be suggesting it to friends as well! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

    Our Favorite Hotel — Beautiful Details and Amazing Staff

    We’ve traveled a lot, but this hotel is by far our favorite. Every detail was clearly thought out — from the charming wall decorations and delicious fig and pumpkin jams to the cozy slippers. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with one full bathroom, two half-bathrooms, and a small kitchen area that included a refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven.Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Iride, in particular, made me feel like she was a sister taking care of me and my family with such warmth and attention. After spending a couple of nights here, we continued our trip to Cádiz for two weeks — and I truly missed both the hotel and Iride. We’re happy to be back for a few more nights, and we look forward to returning in the future. I highly recommend staying here!

    Six stars! Add the ideal location, amazing staff, beautiful rooms, great breakfast and you have a clear winner here! First the place is stunning and the design of the space is modern and eclectic. The personal experience given by Iride in terms of recommendations like a festival at a museum with free concerts… and an amazing beach off the tourist track, made this stay special. A call out to João, the evening bartender… also with great suggestions like some crafty cocktail bars made our trip so much better. I recommend this hotel without reservation!

    Absolutely beautiful apartment with high quality finish and design you really couldn't ask for more. Staff were fantastic, friendly and attentive with offers of tips on where to go. The breakfast had a great selection with freshly made juices and smoothies as well as all the traditional trimmings.The location is central to all the sights and attractions, we walked to the the castle and to the train station with ease and you are surrounded by various restaurants and bars.Staff did warn us about some of the noise at night but you can't stay in the middle of a city and not expect that. Especially staying in an older building.There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival along with a mini bar and basic toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee machine.We really couldn't fault our stay here.
