    Great value, brilliant staff, toddler friendly stay

    We were on our first trip to Lisbon, and travelling with a 15 month old comes with its own challenges. But for the incredible location, a serviced apartment with free breakfast was fantastic value.The hotel is ideally situated only a couple of minutes away from a Lidl, a corte ingles and San Sebastiao metro, all of which came in handy during our stay.The restaurant downstairs is kid friendly if you are worried about baby high chairs. Rooms were clean, spacious, of course being a serviced apartment and came with a lot more than we would have imagined. The staff were incredibly polite - would add that Silvia at the reception was a star. Great conversations with her during breakfast, and even helped us with the luggage and taxi to the airport.Lisbon had so much to offer in terms of sights and sounds. And we'll definitely be coming back for a future stay at this place.     We rented a room for 4 days. When we arrived, at 19:00, it was closed, and all the lights were off. There was simply no one, nor did they answer the phone. We called Booking, they tried to contact them and they didn't respond either. It isn't a trustworthy site if you travel to Lisboa, because they don't have any employees here.We spent four hours in front of the door, while we waited and fixed the situation through Booking.     Well-organized apartments in a quiet (not literally due to planes landing at the city airport) place of Lisbon within the walking distance to the Gulbenkian museum, large shopping centre, metro and buses. Somewhat old-fashioned/worn out interior is compensated by perfect management and reasonable price.     Very old furniture and lack of basiz

    Very old furniture that seem and feel that very dirty covers and carpets. There is lack of basic equipment in the kitchen. Salt, detergent, tea, sugar etc. In all other apartments these were provided as default.     Nice place to live in while you explore lissabon

    We went there for the third time on a short holiday to Lissabon. It's easy to find at the end of the red metroline from the airport. It gives you plenty of room with good houshold service. It's near a big shopping center and a park. You can walk to the city center through the park in half an hour or get there by underground in a couple of minutes.
