Good value for 3 star and good location

This is OK accommodation for what you pay for. We had a room for two and had a double bed and a single bed. It was the cheapest room in Lisbon centre with its own bathroom ( we didn't want to share), it was close to everything. Basic but suitable for a short stay.

    Good value for money

The place is quite good... for singles and friends. You cannot expect luxury for that price. However, the place is clean, staff is really, really helpful and nice. When we arrived, it was easy to see that something happened. Our room was not ready. We were offered another one, but it was noted that we will have to change room in the middle of the stay. We requested baby cot while reserving the room, but it was not provided.

You get what you pay for

Well I will try and be fair about how this place.Pros, location, very close to Saldana subway station, which is on the airport line. Close to A Padaria Portuguesa bakery, which has amazing bakery items and great coffee. Quiet area, and felt safe even late at night. free very fast Wifi. Cute little balcony to sit and plan your day, close to a store that sells beer, water etc.Cons, rock hard beds, small tiny pillows, weird glassed in ensure with very loud toilet, not giving much privacy, so only share with someone you know very well.!For the price we paid it was fine and suited our budget.

    Absolutely terrible!

We made a reservation for 4 people. Me, my husband and 80 years old grandparents. During the reservation i explaind it was my grandparents, so they would need the elevator, because the couldn't climb stairs and a firm bed. They said it was all ok. When we arrived they simply said there was no room there, so we would need to be transfered for another hostel two blocks away and with stairs!!!!! I couldn't even beleive it! My grandparents had to walk two blocks because the taxi was already gone and climb the stairs!!!! When I politely complained, do you know what they said? "Of course your grandma can climb the stairs!". Not even a "I'm, sorry", nothing! I highly recommend you to look for another place. I don't want this lack of respect to happen to anyone else! And enjoy Lisbon!

    One night stay

    rating22 Sept 2012

The most liked thing is the money value. The hotel is very good for one night stay. The staff is very friendly and tries to help you in any possible way. The room was very clean (I would say ideally clean)The furniture is old and needs some renewal. The hot and cold water do via different taps without mixing. This is very inconvenient.
