    Great central location for walking. Front desk was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions. Room was quiet and very clean, and had great shower pressure.Only complaint was that there was no exhaust fan.

    This hotel is literally on the doorstep of everything - sights, shops, restaurants and public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms spacious and clean. Elevators are available. It helped that I could store my luggage when I arrived too early to check in. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I wish I could have stayed longer.

    Thank you for making me feel so welcome on my arrival and during my stay. All of the receptionist were so friendly and so helpful. The rooms are very clean and maintained to a high standard. The weighted quilt on the bed was very comfortable. A great hotel in the heart of beautiful Lisboã.

    Nice hotel for your city trip in centre Lisbon

    The hotel is located in the centre of Lisbon on a walking distance to several sightseeing points. It is located in a busy street but when your room is on the upper floors you don't hear any noise from the street.The disadvantage of the room is that there is no space for your toiletry bag and that the toilet is so close to the door.Beds are fine and also the pillows. We sometimes smelled a sewage smell in the room, I thought it was because I turned on the airconditioning but that wasn't the case.People at the reception are very helpful; you get two small bottles of water each day which is a great service.

    Excellent location, wonderful rooms and awesome staff. Quiet and clean. Very comfortable. Pretty much near everything within walking distance. Loved our experience here. Breakfast is available for a fee. Staff are quite helpful. Enjoy.
