    Very good Hotel good location staff are very friendly and helpful i cut my finger myself they quick get firstaid for me . I really greatful to them.Its a 3 star hotel but we get 5 star serviceHighly recommonded

    Although only a 3* hotel, I have to give it a five rating due to it's location, rooms, cleanliness and friendly staff. We have visited Lisbon several times over the years and stayed in many hotels around the city. It was a bonus to have tea/coffee making facilities. Although there is no bar in the hotel, there are plenty of bars and restaurants as soon as you step out of the door. A bar we have also visited many times is Casa de Alentejou, a wine bar, just a stones throw from the hotel.

    I had a reservation for this hotel for three families, for three nights, we wanted to celebrate a family birthday. Unfortunately, the airline canceled the flight due to a general strike. I reported this to the hotel, but my request for a refund was rejected in a truly tourist-friendly manner. No, we. We don't want to travel because of the strike in their country, and our trip was ruined. Really unfriendly administration, not guest-friendly. I hope the illegally collected amount is used to improve the hotel, to improve the humanity of the administration! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Perfect location in the heart of Lisbon. We used it as our base and walked or used public transport. Did not try their bar or breakfast but the place is literally surrounded by great food. Rooms were clean and comfortable. English speaking staff made our visit pleasant and easy. Took advantage of their send out laundry service without issue. Would stay here again.
