Centrally situated, this hotel is superior for its rating and only a few minute's walk from Paque Eduardi VII and countless attractions. Links to the public transport network are to be found 100 metres away and in the vicinity are shops and restaurants. Bars and pubs are situated within 1.5 km of the hotel whilst the nearest nightclubs are roughly 2 km away. The beach is about 25 km from the hotel and it is 15 km to Lisbon Airport.

Facility

3 suites and 89 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room.     It’s not a bad hotel, in a good location. Near San Sebastiáo Metro, great shopping centre and some lovely parks. Some staff on the front desk were great, ( the younger ones) but one older male was very rude - insisting we needed a pool card for towels, which we were never told about or given at check in. The pool was a godsend but very crowded and not enough sun beds for the size of the clientele. Breakfast was ok, but the staff there were so indifferent it was crazy. They only knew two words ‘room number’ even when we tried to interact they were very unfriendly. The room was ok although AC was broken so that we couldn’t change the temperature. All in all, it was ok for the cost of our stay, but could easily have been better with nicer staff engagement and working facilities.

    Definitely should be rated as a four star. Location, facilities and service were second to none. We chose this hotel as it was fairly central but also had a pool so after long days sightseeing it was nice to unwind on the roof and have a swim and sunbathe. Breakfast was a wide selection of cold and hot food including bacon, sausage and eggs. Service was good and friendly. The metro is literally 50 yards from the front door so you can hop on a tube to wherever you want for 1.90 euros. Recommended as a good base for Lisbon. I would definitely return.
