    Hyatt isn’t the same and inconsistent

    The staff was cheery and helpful. BUT the sheets in the room pilled and I pulled back the dirty on the edges duvet I saw dark hairs. Ewww. The phone charger when I moved it had a used condom wrapper under it. There was still lubricant on the night side table. Also the charger in this room was gross AF. I was moved and had smooth sheets but another dirty phone charger w grime and grease. So I recently found out over the weekend that Hyatts are privately owned and it’s like the Wild West. I stayed w them because the one in Las Olas Ft Lauderdale is GREAT! So I earn points and get free night and perks. I am using up my points and will be leaving Hyatt after 3 bad experiences in 1.5 weeks.

    Not well managed. Very dirty kitchen area and lobby. The rooms are OK but don’t expect much or any extras. Not impressed with the staff at all.

    It's a place to lay your head, but not a great hotel by any means. Everything seems to have a layer of dust or film on it, which is a little gross. Don't expect too much from the free breakfast, it was a little sad. But they offer unlimited coffee, which is a perk.

    water pressure in showers is almost zero. Hotel could use a renovation especially near the bar area.     Worst experience ever!!

    Upon arrival, we checked in as normal. Went to our room and realized the toilet was clogged. So we called the front desk and they sent help. During the process of getting help we realized that the electrical outlet and plug for the the AC unit was completely fried and it working. It must have recently caught on fire. We also reported that to the front desk who was very quick to get us another room. While we were still discussing things with the hotel manager our teenage boys went on ahead to take our belongings to the new room only to be mortified as they found a women occupying the room upon entering.So the manager followed us to the room to confirm there indeed was another woman occupying the new room. They apologized and gave us yet another room.The shower didn’t work well, water only came out of the shower head in a dribble form. The phones in the room didn’t work. The freezer door inside of the refrigerator didn’t work.The breakfast was something we’ve never seen before having green onions in the eggs and the hotel managers were extremely rude at one point raising his voice at my wife.If you’re looking to stay at the Hyatt place regardless of the location.Please please reconsider.My family and I have traveled the county and this was by far the worst place we’ve ever stayed.
