    Nice hotel in the middle of all the actions in Lisbon. The staff is fantastic; Our room was quiet. Unfortunately, we found soiled bed linens (hence 4 stars). As a result, bed and room had a deep cleaning. We appreciate how fast the staff move to address the issue once it was reported. Breakfast was fresh with a great variety of food items. We would stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Lisbon !!

    So happy with this hotel. Right in the middle of everything, great communication before the trip, great service throughout. Room was nice, very comfortable bed and fluffiest towels!!! Loved the unique shower “disco” lighting. Breakfast was good too. All in all a great choice!     Absolutely lovely hotel, wonderful staff who took our bags when we arrived from the airport at 11am (check in as at 4pm) - they were then waiting for us in our room when we returned to check-in after a day wandering the city. I would thoroughly recommend the 5th floor rooms in the adjacent building to reception, they have a very small but lovely balcony with views of the city rooftops. Within this category, some rooms are located in the attic and others are not. The attic rooms have slanted ceilings, which is a characteristic feature of those spaces. While some guests particularly request and enjoy these rooms, others prefer not to have them, and whenever we receive such preferences we always take note of them.Although we cannot guarantee a specific room, we always do our best to accommodate guest preferences and in the vast majority of cases we are able to fulfill them successfully. For a future stay, we kindly invite you to inform us in advance of any preference so we can ensure a more comfortable experience for you.Regarding the television, it was present in the room and designed with a mirror effect when turned off, which can sometimes create confusion, but it is fully functional. The telephone did have a technical issue, which we sincerely apologize for, and we can confirm it has already been resolved.
