  Terrible experience. No food service available. Front desk staff unhelpful and misinformed us. No free airport taxi as advertised. Would never stay again and jour others do the same

  Don’t come here!!!I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, but here I am at 12:20 a.m., disappointed by the lack of flexibility in the room temperature system. The air conditioning was set only to heating mode, and guests were not able to switch to cooling even when the room became uncomfortably warm.When I asked about it, the receptionist explained that the system was centrally controlled and could not be changed.For a hotel of this category, I expected more attention to guest comfort and better climate control options — especially considering Lisbon’s mild weather, where rooms can easily get too warm.If you value proper air conditioning, better service, and a more comfortable stay, there are plenty of better hotels in the same price range, including several that are closer to the airport and offer better facilities.

  AVOID - serious breach of guest safety

  During my stay, a complete stranger was given access to my locked room while I was sleeping. Around 12:30 AM, I woke up to the sound of someone entering my room. They spoke briefly and then left. When I called the front desk to inform them, I was told my room had been accidentally assigned to another guest. After I gathered my thoughts, I tried calling back for reassurance that it would not happen again, three times, but no one answered.As a woman in my early 20s travelling alone, this was terrifying. There was no interior lock or chain, so I had no way to secure myself. I spent the rest of the night awake, scared, with a chair and suitcase pushed against the door. At checkout, I was visibly upset and reported the incident again. After I left, I sent an email detailing the situation. There has been no follow-up. No compensation. No accountability.This was a serious breach of guest safety. The emotional toll was significant, and I would never stay here again. If the wrong person had been given access to my room, the outcome could have been far worse. Do better.

  Good for airport layover

  close to the airport, clean, and comfortable. The included breakfast was pretty empty and there was only one staff member working front desk. So they were out of juice, eggs, yogurt and other staples. We did appreciate the front desk person Mauro Sebastio. He gave us a great tip for a local restaurant.

  We chose this hotel because we saw it had a shuttle to the airport. They apparently do but it is a complicated process and it is not free and provided by a third party. We were staying 3 nights, and it looked easy for transportation: it isn'tNow, the hotel: large rooms with either two beds or one. Both gives the same "bed space" the difference is, the rooms with 2 beds are located in front of the highway so noisy and the 1 bed are much much quieter. Never even heard the plane taking off from our room 203 as read in some reviews and I am an light sleeper.There is "nothing" around the hotel except a Lidl supermarket in front and a very little restaurant next to it (Jacinto). A 15-minute walk will bring you to a KFC and a bit more to a shopping mall. Because Lisbon city limits are just before you reach the hotel, public transportation, becomes complicated. 3digit bus and 4digit bus do not correspond and you cannot use you Lisbon transport day car in those 4digit buses. Be aware.The hotel has taxis waiting outside most of the time.The staff we had while we stayed there had "one" excellent employee (Ivo) the rest were young kids with very little knowledge and one of them even preferred to play with his phone than attend customers...and I speak Portuguese!!!The rooms were comfortable. Limited choice of TV channels. Clealiness...well I have seen better. The base of the bed is covered with a type of futon and ours smelled strange. The bathroom has a big comfortable shower but beware of the constant shift of water temperature.The cleaning is superficial as I saw the shower door base hinge must not have been cleaned in a long while. I took care of that...There is an electric kettle but only tea and sugar, no coffee.The breakfast served is buffet but we thought 10€ was a bit pricy considering the selection.Our taxi cost to the airport was inexpensive but taxi in Lisbon are not expensive anyway.
