  I strongly advise against staying here.This review is long, but it describes everything that happened in detail:1. Contact - contacting the hotel was impossible before arrival. They don't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages, even though they list this method of communication on the website.2. Service - or rather, the lack thereof. There was no one at the reception desk, and the door was locked. Upon arrival, we saw a note with the phone number and we called. No one answered for about two hours. After that, we managed to get through. Someone on the other side of the phone remotely opened the door for us and allowed us to leave our suitcases. They promised that a member of staff would be there at 3:00 PM to give us the keys. At 3:00 PM, no one showed up, and someone remotely opened the door again and told us to get a key from behind the desk for a specific room. When the staff arrived, all they did was charge us a resort fee. If I hadn't asked about everything else (breakfast, key card, parking, Wi-Fi), no one would have informed me. The lady rarely showed up for a few hours a day.3. Rooms - mold, mildew, torn curtains, broken air conditioning, a flooded bathroom after every shower, and a dirty refrigerator that heated the room instead of cooling it. Details are in the photos.4. Services offered on the website - breakfast and a snack bar. The bar does exist, but nothing and no one is there. The coffee machine is unused.Breakfast is not available on-site, only at a café away from the hotel. Breakfast is coffee or juice and a Cornetto. (The owner swore to our agent that the selection is much larger.)5. Hotel cleanliness - the interior doesn't look bad. At first glance, everything seems fine. However, the common areas: the garden and terrace, are places where sitting and using the space would require cleaning and replacing the furniture, and then it would be relatively safe to use.After contacting our agent and describing the situation, the owner suggested a room change. By then, we had already changed rooms and didn't have the energy to make further changes.On the plus side, the receptionist and housekeeping staff were friendly. If you were there and asked for something, she always made an effort to accommodate your request.Overall, I highly no recommend this place. It's better to do better research, contact the property first, and only then book a hotel. At this hotel, the only thing you'll get is stress and possible new negative experiences.

  a well run hotel with excellent servicei would say it needs some TLC in the future but it did not stop it being a wonderful 5 day stayBreakfasts was delicious and well presentedthere is a bar and coffee station available somebody on duty 24/7

  very small, but very tidy and well managed hotel in Rimini.It is not settled so close to the beach (300 mt. far), but nor so far.The best is that it is settled in a very quite are and it values such much in Rimini...you can easily get fun just by walking for few dozens of meters, but you can get rest in the night and it is such valuable.Every room has been dedicated to one of Fellini's movie and the staff is very very kind and warm...you can really feel as you were among friends, I liked it.The hotel faces of a street where several slots of parking are available for free.Good point...being not on the sea he prices are very good.Give them a chance, you will be positive impressed.

  Good decent hotel, run by a very friendly family

  We stayed there for 8-9 nights. The staff (mostly family members) were very friendly and helpful. We never felt so welcome in a hotel as in this one. When you stay there long enough, you will get acquainted with the whole family and know your habits for breakfast by heart.The rooms were always cleaned very well after we return to the hotel.Probably we won't return to Rimini, but if there was a reason it would be for this hotel.

  motel more than B&B

  Looks more like a motel than a B&B. The rooms need some renovations, especially the bathroom. Our shower was odly shaped, so it was really difficult to wash and rince your hair. The space to go into and out of the shower was really narrow between the toilet and the heater. The bed was soooo hard, I woke up with a sore back in the morning.The reception employees were very nice and friendly.Nice breakfast room with a good variety of items.
