  Unfortunatelly, I was unable to travel with my family, because of COVID 19, I made the annonuncement 2 days before my travel, and wrote a solicitude to transfer me back the money. It took a while til I got back my money but they were attentive, helpful and kind. And I got back today back the money in spite of the fact that it was non-refundable. From my friends I heard very good things from this hotel, the service food was really nice, and I am sure, as soon as COVID 19 is over, I will try Lisbon one more time and I gonna choose this hotel.

  Very loud and dirty

  One good thing: great central location! Everything else was poor. I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels and many are loud. This one seemed particularly loud, with paper thin walls and very old windows so there was noise from other rooms as well as from the street. The rooms are very old and falling apart a bit. We had hairs on the furniture and dust balls rolling around on the floor in the bedroom. The women’s toilet on the second floor was leaking water (hopefully!) on the floor and the boiler was leaking water on the floor in the shower room. The shower as dirty on the floor and no hot water this morning! Luckily we left today. The shower was also mixed men and women which I didn’t realise (this might be my fault for not reading the small print somewhere). Overall we did not enjoy our stay!

  Old charm building. Thankful for the lift esp with luggage.Clean rooms, kitchen & bathroom. Breakfast is simple yet enough. Helpful reception.Very good value for money. Can walk everywhere or take metro or busses. Hospitals in area so sirens all day & night but when u close windows it's silent. Bathrooms are enough, clean and never crowded.I will stay there again.

  Stayed here solo in July. first time in Lisbon and on my own so a little nervous about staying alone in a city i didnt know.....i needent have worrried. after a delayed flight it was super easy to get to from the airport even at 2am. I got a taxi that cost 20 euros but that was due to the time of day. At a more respectable hour you can get a metro (red and then yellow line) and the hotel is literally 3 minutes walk from metro exit. Staff at hotel were friendly and everything was clean. View from top rooms of hotel were amazing accross city. bathroom areas were clean although locks on doors didnt work great. Bed was comfy and even a maid service changed sheets. For the price i truly thought it was amazing. 90 euros for 2 nights in a central location at a weekend? incredible! want to come back to Lisbon again and will def stay here again. Thank you!

  I stayed in this hotel on April 2019. The building is old and unkempt. The rooms are small and shabby. Although it is not so far from the center, to get there it takes about 15 minutes on foot. The breakfast is terrible. We practically had breakfast with the maids who washed the dishes.If I come back to Lisbon, I don’t stay in this hotel.
