I loved this hotel. Was only staying one night transiting through, but compared to the two others nearby I’ve stayed at, the rooms are waaaay nicer. I can tell you that arriving after a journey and seeing that beautifully laid out bed was a joy. The bed itself was a little too firm for me but the overstuffed pillows were delightful. The tv also worked perfectly and the shower and everything else were spotless. The front staff were also quite nice and helpful. My new go-to place in Lisboa. Thank you!

Great hotel in a great location

We were a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but the hotel was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. Location was really good...all very flat and loads of shops restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful. One room was missing a fridge which was replaced the same day we queried it. Breakfast boxes were supplied for our early morning departure which were full of lovely goodies. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing, staff are lovely and extremely helpful, good area not too far from river and breakfast was extraordinary. One of my top 3 hotels I've been to. Nice seating area downstairs

Lots going for it but stay spoiled

Lots going for it. Location, cleanliness and staff. Central and on the flat. There was very loud building work next door jack hammers and the like. Very very noisy and from 8am until 5pm. So bad we had to stop out of the room and as the weather was bad this was less than ideal. Complained twice but to no avail. Breakfast at 17.50 euros we thought was expensive. Watch out if you get a taxi from the airport we were ripped off not hotels fault but this was repeated more than once in other parts of Lisbon.

Very clean, helpful staff. Nice room and good breakfast. Great location in lisbon. Someone on the front desk 24 / 7 able to help with directions.
