    Without a doubt the best option in Lisbon. The hotel is located on Avenida da Liberdade, where you'll find the best restaurants and shops. I was greeted by the friendly Rafael, Guest Relations, who showed us around the hotel. The rooms are renovated and luxurious. The spa is Anantara and has a rooftop bar. Don't miss the breakfast.

    Sad to see the loss of charm

    This is the 4th time I am staying in this hotel and it was by far my most favorite one in Lisbon. We have reserved two rooms this time and everything started good; we were even upgraded being repeat customers… However I have noticed that the hotel has lost its previous charm… The room (410) looked rather outdated. The toilet screws were not fixed properly, kept constantly moving, bathroom scale was out of batteries, the AC was not functioning properly which gave us a sense that there were serious maintenance issues… On the good side, the manager (I guess Mrs. Ana) was very kind and have the AC fixed immediately. There was a serious problem with the elevator as well.. One of them was constantly out of order and we had to wait very long together with restaurant customers trying to reach the roof…Luggage delivery was also a problem. When we checked in, I wanted to take the luggage with me. The reception told me they were already in the room. They were not. I called the front desk, they did not answer.
