    Disappointed. No hot water, added "recommended" tip to my bill, not very customer friendly. The breakfast buffet was ok, they made eggs to order, and had drip coffee.     Convenience over cleanliness and comfort

    Location, location, location! Perfect spot for early airport and train. Triple room was great for our needs. Pretty view. Hotel is nice enough but housekeeping needs some work. There were dirty coffee dishes in our room, empty body wash in shower, half a roll of toilet paper, some black colored mold in shower, and the 10th floor hallway smelt like a sewer. At check in, receptionist asked us 4 times to add breakfast. How many times should I have to say ‘no thank you’?
