    The location of this hotel is superb, close to the Restauradores metro station. You could technically (depending on time of arrival of your flight) use the Metro to Restaurdores metro station (with one change of line, all stations have a lift)from the Aeroporto (Airport) and the Aerobus stops close by. The hotel room was good with a sizeable on-suite bathroom with constant hot water when required. The breakfast was acceptable with a wide range of selections to choose from. The staff are friendly and amenable and speak good English. The ONLY negative I experienced during my stay was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, when I wake up I like to make a tea or coffee and have a cup last thing at night, only a small thing, but that is a must if I stay at an Hotel..

    Best thing about hotel is location, just 5 minutes walk into central Lisbon, bars/restaurants etc..Hotel itself was ok, I found front desk staff helpful but a couple of the cleaners/breakfast staff a bit scary.Our room was right next to the tramlines so very noisy but since we were staying one night only could bear with it. Check when booking location of room if staying for longer.Breakfast was pretty average - nothing special.

    Stayed here in April and thoroughly enjoyed myself. In love with Lisbon as a city and this hotel was ideally located for exploring. Initially a little hard to find and down a side street that at first looked a bit rough,we really enjoyed our stay. Extremely close to the metro so handy for getting around. Room was huge and airy however if you are expecting a view you will be very disappointed! Very quiet location so no disruption to sleep. We stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfast was sufficient(breads,meats,cheeses,yoghurt etc )and set us up for the day. Always plenty of hot water for showers and towels changed everyday. WiFi was a bit temperamental. My sister had no problems connecting but i had to connect about 20 times before it would work, possibly just my phone though. Our only complaint would be the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I would have assumed these come as standard in any hotel these days. I then went to reception to see could I get a team from there or the restaurant to be told they don't have any and the restaurant was only for breakfast. Luckily we weren't too far from Starbucks so we could pop in there however. Overall a wonderful hotel and we would definitely return!

    After reading mixed reviews we weren't sure what to expect but the hotel was perfect for our 3 nights in Lisbon. Our room was modern and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Pillows were tiny and full of little ball things, but were immediately changed for better by housekeeping staff. Breakfast was fine and we had no trouble from outside noise. We had no need to contact reception other than book a taxi to the airport but they were polite and pleasant. We'd happily go back.
