  First time Lisbon excellent location, easy walk to most sites

  Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Front door secured so I feel safe. Just a little noisy in the hallway at times but being a small hotel there are fewer guests and less noise. Slept well nice bath facilities. And I just have to repeat location location location.

  We stayed glfor 3 nights and knew the weather going to be very wet.We arrived on evening of Friday and Rita was really helpful recommended a really good Portuguese restaurant around the corner, it was brilliant and such good value.Urbano is really well located for us, visiting the indoor market, castle, cathedral and then our visit to watch Benfica FC. Again Rita supported us on how best to get to the stadium, 3 euros return on the metro, bargain. Great stadium and result they won 2 - 1.Hotel itself has great shower, comfy bed and great breakfast.We will be back and will try and watch Benfica again but will definitely use this hotel.

  I had an excellent stay at this hotel .The rooms were clean and comfortable and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would especially like to thank Israel and Nilton at the reception for their outstanding service. The staff were incredibly kind, professional and always willing to help with anything I need.

  This is an excellent hotel with very clean rooms, contemporary new decorating and helpful front desk available 24/7. They had a large breakfast like no other I have experienced in Europe - eggs, pancakes, breads, cheeses, yogurt, fruit and more! The front desk recommended a hotel aroung the corner - maria catita - that was great. We went twice it was so good and they gave us a free apertif on our second visit.

  We booked a room at Memoria Lisboa FLH Hotels for two nights following a Norwegian cruise. Unfortunately, our flights home were cancelled due to an Air Canada airline strike. There was no room at Memoria, but staff found us a room at their nearby sister hotel FLH Hotels Urbano. The strike continued for over a week, and we were finally able to get flights home to Canada 9 days later. Staff at both Memoria and Urbano were great! They found us rooms in their hotels during the busy summer season. We had to change rooms and even hotels several times, but the staff moved our luggage every time. It made the swaps so much easier for us. Staff were all friendly, spoke excellent English, and were so very, very helpful. For us, the Urbano location was a bit better. It was located within easy walking distance of restaurants and the Plaza, along level streets (an important consideration for my wife on crutches),. In both hotels, the rooms were nice, and included breakfast at no extra cost. At other times of the day, self serve cake and cookies were provided, along with coffee and tea.We highly recommend FLH Hotels, and will not hesitate to stay with them once again if the opportunity arises.
