    Nice Stay at Vila Garden Guesthouse

    Vila Garden Guesthouse is a quick ride away from the major attractions. It’s bright and spacious and is close to shops and restaurants. The staff was welcoming and helpful. And the garden was a bonus. Good place for some sun, after long morning trips!

    Loved the Vila Garden. Bright and spacious with everything we could need. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Very easy to reach transport links, find meals out or shop. If you have trouble with stairs, I would mention it as there are four floors. The garden was perfect for sitting and chatting after a busy day. Would a solo return.

    I had a wonderful experience at Vila Garden Guesthouse, The atmosphere was so inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I want to give a shout out to Bruno, Diogo and Marcio. My room was cozy and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Lisbon. The location was great, too, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend Vila Garden Guesthouse for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    We had reserved for two nights but left after one. The air conditioner was not working correctly , room was loud, and location not great. We asked for help with air conditioner the gentleman came up said he would be back but never returned. The property advised booking.com we never checked in but we did just checked out day early due to no response. They had no problem charging full price for two days.

    The hotel is a little out of the central area but it’s easy to get to the heart of Lisbon via the metro which is 100m from the hotel. The rooms are small and well kept however the bed itself was hard and uncomfortable. The a/c is mounted above the door to the room and the small passageway prevents the air from cooling the room down. It really needs to be moved to a more central location. The other issue was that we could feel the metro passing under the hotel and it shook the pictures on the wall and disturbed our sleep
