    Nice hotel. Clean room and a large bathroom with all amenities, there's also a small fridge. Location is favourable. Short walking distance to metro and the park where short tours can be booked. Eateries are also nearby.

    Rafael and Joao from the reception were very helpful and friendly. There was another guy his name I can't remember but he did my check in last 19th of March. The room size is decent and the room cleanliness is satisfactory. The location is also favorable.

    Have a conversation with the wood floors and the wood bed frame

    Be ready for the wood floors and wood frame bed to talk back to you! Lol! Every step, from you or anyone on your floor, you will hear it. Same with bed, if you move, the frame will let you know! Also, there was a moldy plumbing smell first day. After opening windows and let ac run, it went away (almost completely) Good bathroom, nice balcony, no noise from city. 20 minutes walk to Rossio station and most touristic attractions. Also 20 minutes walk to Principe Real, Chiado very cool local spots.

    The room was perfectly situated with a view of Marque de Pombal. Exceptionally clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, shower just nice, room was cleaned every day, new towels every day. reception all very friendly. The only problem was the wifi. 5 minutes online and then you get disconnected, it was terrible.

    An ideal place to stay for a short trip to Lisbon

    I stayed in Vila Nova for three nights in a superior double room 409. The room was very nice and clean, it even had a comfy armchair. There was a small balcony with a table and chairs, the view was not so great but it was nice and sunny to sit and have a cup of tea in the morning. The 24 hour reception staff were always very helpful and the check in went quickly. The hotel is situated very near the metro station, you could see it as you came out of the station , it was also within walking distance of everything else in Lisbon centre if you like walking. Downstairs, well next door, there is a reasonable and friendly café/ restaurant .
