This apartment hotel is centrally located in the tourist centre of Lisbon, directly on the Praca dos Restauradores. A diverse selection of shopping and entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity and links to the public transport network are some 100 m away. The city airport is about 8 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 59 apartments and 75 studios, which are located on 10 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station, as well as a complete set of utensils, is a standard feature. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a hairdryer. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The sports and entertainment facilities at the apartment hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent.     I’ll start with the good things. This hotel is in one of the most beautiful buildings in Lisbon. It is in a great location and has a roof bar with exceptional views of Lisbon. Sadly, that’s where it ends. I’ve stayed several times in other VIPExecutive hotels and been pleased. They were clean and modern and offered good value for the money. The Teatro Eden was pretty terrible. The rooms are shoddy and threadbare. They look like they haven’t been updated since the 80’s. There was a strong smell of room deodorizer that made my eyes water. It seemed to me that they were using it to cover another smell. From my sneezing, I’m guessing mold and/or mildew. The public areas aren’t too bad but also badly need renovation. The breakfast was passable, but the dining area was too small for the number of guests. Because of the lovely exterior,I was looking forward to my stay, but I was very disappointed. I honestly don’t understand how this is a four star hotel. There are many better places in Lisbon to stay, including others in the chain.     Outdated rooms and unreliable booking

    I recently stayed at VIP Executive Eden Apart Hotel in Lisbon with my husband, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.We had specifically reserved a double bed room, but upon arrival, we were given a twin room instead. When we raised this, the staff told us that no double rooms were available. This was extremely frustrating — if the hotel cannot guarantee the room type, they should not accept bookings for it in the first place.The condition of the hotel was also far below expectations. The entire place feels very outdated, almost like stepping into a Soviet-era building. The room itself was old and uninviting, to the point where we didn’t even feel comfortable staying in it.Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and I would not recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and reliable stay in Lisbon. The only advantage is the location!     Worst ever experience

    Hotel is old and cleanliness is lacking. Receptionist looks like they don't know their own system and confused with the bookings but worst is their attitude, they don't care about guest' needs , they even ignoring them.     3 EUR for a tea bag.

    There is a coffee machine in the room, but no tea. My wife is a tea drinker and my job is to bring her tea in the morning. So I went down to the breakfast area and asked for a tea bag, I was shown the tea and picked a bag. When I was leaving I was asked to pay for the tea bag, the cost was 3 EUR. I could not leave my wife without tea at the bed so I paid for it. We will have our breakfast elsewhere.     The hotel is located perfectly in city center. Easily reachable from the airport by bus. There is a rooftop pool with not heated water, quite refreshing when it’s hot but too cold to swim for a long time. There are not many chairs thought, which is annoying seen how much space they have to put extra chairs. The family room was ok, with shampoo, body creme, hairdryer. We didn’t take breakfast as were leaving to the airport early in the morning.
