5 suites, 10 single rooms and 166 double rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom.     I was apprehensive about staying at this hotel given some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, despite being somewhat dated. The location is close to the University and to public transport, and the overall experience was a positive one. I would recommend this to anyone needing to stay in the local area, and looking for a practical solution to accommodation.

    My cousin stayed here for a wedding in the city in August and said this place is a dated dump. There’s no filter in the swimming pool and a hole in the wall of the steam room where should be a protective vent. I was advised to avoid at all costs. And think I will.

    I was really worried about staying here after reading the reviews but the reality could not have been better. The room was large and clean and the ac worked perfectly. There was no noise from the other rooms. Likewise the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. It was a good location both for the airport and to get around Lisbon using the short walk to the nearest Metro.

    The worst hotel ever!

    I was put in this hotel by my hosts for an international conference. They believed it was a top 4-star hotel. It wasn't! Not only were most employees rude and in a fowl mood at all times (with the exception of two front-desk male employees in the evenings), but the service was dismal and the bed full of bed bugs! I was bitten so much overnight that I had to stop by the ER the following morning to be treated for an extended allergic reaction. My complain went, of course, totally ignored by the management. Other negative things were the filth in the room (the cord of the emergency button in the shower was covered with mold), a bathtub that was clogged and took forever to empty, a shower head so cheap that it started turning around as soon as you opened the faucet (which meant every shower flooded the bathroom) and the cheap amenities and substandard food in the "restaurant" (there were 3 restaurants mentioned and only two were open and had exactly the same snack food, no properly prepared dishes). In short, a very disappointing stay, which caused me to have a health issue and which no one took responsibility for. Incidentally, prior to moving to this hotel I stayed at the VIP Executive Zurique, just two blocks down the road. It was a 3-star hotel, went for half the price and both the staff and the facilities were awesome. I would NEVER stay at Entrecampos. Definitely choose Zurique or Grand Lisboa VIPs just down the road.     Nice Hotel and good value

    The hotel looks nice - foyer and check in area good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We used the car park and I think it was 16 euros a day. Our room was a good size with nice decor and had a fridge. A few restaurants, supermarkets laudromat etc quite close by. Metro station also very close and we used the train a few times. We felt that we got good value.
