Rooms are so small, one person with a suitcase fill it. Bathrooms are inconvenient because of lack of space to put anything. Do not eat their breakfast. Cold eggs, doughy, undercooked pastries, lack of fruit, and fruit juice is processed. Staff at front desk area will sell you poor quality tours to get kick backs rather than quality tours to make you forget the poor quality of the hotel. Area is probably safe but little options for shopping, public transport, or restaur mants in area. Plenty of our better value hotels in Lisbon. I saw bad reviews before going ( and I picked it without looking at them), must say I was surprised for good, from the start very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, clean and reformed room, good location, I think it was a good quality/price hotel, would go again. Old aesthetic, but average!

For me it was a very average hotel. Not very modern infrastructure in especially the rooms. You might get better looking rooms for similar price. The hotel should really try and make the rooms a bit up to date. It was my second time in Lisbon, my first in this hotel, the room was very nice and clean, it is very good located near the train and metro, I really enjoyed it, also would like to give a nice “thank you” to Iara from the reception, for assisting me with the trip to Sintra, I saw a lot but have more to see, your kindness and smile are well remembered. Be Careful of Your Choice

It is not far from the airport but very close. The rooms are nice and clean. A bit of old fashioned bathroom. The only thing that bothered me was I made a booking for a double room but they gave me a single room. I objected immediately and after s while they switched me to s double room as it should be. It is very unprofessional behaviour. You must give the exact same room or if it is not available you must upgrade. You can not oblige people to stay in s room that they did not reserve.
