  The air conditioning in our room wouldn't stay on because we were told the entire floor has one unit so if one person thinks it's too cold the other rooms have to suffer. We also had no issue in our new room with the air, which tells me there was a problem not being able to get to the temp we needed. We are from Canada and are not used to the heat, the other rooms should have been offered blankets or other ways to keep warm as opposed to putting my wife who is sensitive to heat in danger.We were then moved to a wheelchair accessible room. The bathroom was so dangerous we had to put towels all over the floor so we wouldn't slip after someone had a shower.Overall between the back and forth with the staff and room changes and unsafe rooms our week stay was horrible to say the least.

  Lovely staff, very clean slept well!

  Quirky decor which may not be to everyone’s taste however we thought it was cool! Great location the metro is literally outside the door. Comfy bed. Pillows super squishy lovely but needed two - this was no trouble for the team and they provided this with no complaints. The room was absolutely spotless. Lovely shower. TV slightly difficult to locate as it’s behind glass above the sink (in our room anyway). Mila’s is part of the hotel and if you stay here you cannot leave without trying the cheesecake. BEST EVER! Breakfast was relatively basic (beans were never hot) but it did the job - no complaints generally from us. Yesterday was International women’s day, the hotel (unsure if this was cleaning staff or front desk) had left a little note and gift which was such a lovely touch. Can hear quite a bit of traffic and from about 6am the tram but this didn’t impact our sleep we slept well all 3 nights! Would 100% stay here again if we stayed in Lisbon.   Ive just had a 4 night stay at WC by The Boutique Hotel & loved it. The hotel is really unique and has a water motif throughout the hotel from the bathtub in the reception to the decoration throughout the rooms. The staff were super friendly & helpful and it felt like ghere was notibg they wouldnt do for a guest. My double deluxe room was cool, being on the outer edge of the hotel they had used the space to maximum effect and I love it. There was quite a bit of road noise on the evening but show me any city centre hotel that doesn't. It's a 15-20 min walk to Rossio Sqaure or the Intendente metro station is a 1 minute walk away and was super easy to use, clean and safe.The only slight issue I had was that the pillows were all very soft (much softer than I am used to) but the reception staff sorted out extra pillows for me.I would recommend & would definitely come back myself.   Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in Feb 2026. The hotel is fun themed (WC), spotless clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a superior double room with a small balcony facing the main road. The road was quite noisy and sirens could be heard quite often but it didn't overly disturb us and we still managed to get a good sleep each night in the large bed which was comfy. The hotel supplied a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and we asked to use an iron which was provided with a board at no extra cost. The room had a small fridge and coffee making facilities. The only thing I feel personally that let the hotel down for me, was the location in some aspects. The location of this hotel is ideal in that it is very close to Lisbon airport, central to the main tourist area of Lisbon and there is plenty public transport around however, the area itself to me felt very run down. There was a lot of buildings with scaffolding, lots of graffiti, lots of rubbish lying around, abandoned shops etc. There was quite a lot of rough sleepers in the area and people begging for money which was off putting when walking around. It is a shame, as I cannot fault the hotel in any other area however, the area in which it is situated would prevent me from staying again.   Great hotel with friendly staff

  Excellent hotel situated just outside the centre of Lisbon (about a 20 minute walk to the main square) , but the tube station is literally by the front door. You also are about 100 meters from the stop for the world famous tram 28 which will take you into the heart of the city with a smile on your face!The hotel was absolutely spotless, with our room cleaned to a very high standard every day.The staff were so friendly, spoke very good English and really looked after us.Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold buffet. Our room (303) was large and comfortable.
