  Apartment was clean- great location - fantastic water pressure in shower- little balcony overlooking street- thought it would’ve loud in Room205 as the street was hopping but it was quiet and convenient to most things- lido was short walk !   I don't recommend this hotel for multiple reasons.First and foremost, the bed was as hard as stone and the pillows terrible: all was very uncomfortable (I had a horrible back ache all along the week, I had to get some pain killers for that) and the bedroom was extremely noisy. We heard a lot of noise coming from the main road in front of the hotel, even at night (isolation is very bad).They didn't change the bed sheets for 1 week ( I know it because they were never again as straight as the first night), even if it was written that they would do it every 4 nights.Also, we didn't have toiletries: they left us with just the same, one, tiny soap for the whole week to wash our hands/face, there was nothing else!!! (which is really unusual for a 3-star hotel)!Finding a free car park is very difficult and at the reception , they are not willing to help you. they just suggested to pay for a private car park , which is 14€/day (from 8 am to 8 pm).When I asked to get a cappuccino from their coffee machine at the breakfast room, they replied I had to ask for it on the previous day, before 5 pm, which is just ridiculous, because there is nobody at the bar that prepares it: it's just a machine!One day, I tried to go downstairs, during breakfast time, hoping to get my coffee at the machine even if I didn't ask for it the day before: well, everything was already closed and switched off at 8.30 am, and they just told me I couldn't!What a horrible stay!! The fact that they weren't neatly pressed doesn't mean they weren't changed. All rooms have shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap. We don't understand how you didn't notice, and in any case, you should have gone to reception if you needed any other personal hygiene products.Regarding breakfast, it was explained to you several times that it was necessary to book in advance and that we don't serve just coffee, as we don't have a price for just one coffee. You were also told that you could go to the coffee shop located in front of the building, which opens at 7:30 am, to have just one coffee or cappuccino. And if the breakfast room was already closed at 8:30 am, it was because all the guests who had booked breakfast in advance had already been served.The parking lot costs €7/day (24 hours), which was suggested to you, but you did not want to accept and decided to park in the street parking meters, which are paid from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.We regret that we did not meet your expectations.Sincerely,The staff of Apartamentos Turísticos Paraíso.

  Great apartment everything u could possibly want for a holiday. Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook, which I didn’t ( I’m on holiday 🤣) Loved the view from the balcony great space to sit with a coffee in the morning or a beer at night.   Nice place but…

  Nice, but really! Charge for using in-room safe on daily basis, charge for pool towel, charge for use of solarium- leaves a bit of a sour taste. On the plus-side; the apartment was functional, very clean, good bed, and not a bad location for buses to town that run every 5 mins or so. Cleaning staff visited often but for us at end of day (around 4:30) often while we were in for tea..
