    The hotel dos not pick up the phone and if it does the ydo not sepak English and simpy hang up. Quite unacceptable i guess.They do not respond to emails with urgent requests either.Other than that the whole place is a bit worn and not very well mantained. Nothing special, no soul. Food selection was very poor for this category of hotel.Go somewhere else.

    We came for a spa day and it was great! The facilities are clean and relaxed and our massage therapist, Yuliya, was fantastic! Highly recommend!

    Right next to the beach. Friendly staff. Initialy we were supposed to have a room facing inland but we got upgraded to a room with a sea view. Room had a nice balcony for reading. Very modern style clean room.We arrived late friday night and had a light snack waiting for us in our room.The hotel has exterior and interior pools , sauna and turkish steam room. The sauna was working well but the steam room was temporarily out of commission.We had access to food and beverages all day long near the pool area.On checkout day we checked out at noon and our boat only left at 7pm. We were invited to stay for lunch and allowed to stay in the compound for as long as we wished.Overall it’s a great place for a family holiday.Great value in february.

    I went for a Yoga session with Julia. It was an amazing experience. I was lucky to have a private lesson 😄 the class took place on the sunny trace. The place was very peaceful and pleasant. Perfect for the morning yoga 🌞. The exercises were adjusted to my level of experience and my needs. A lot of stretching:) afterwards we had a nice chat over a cup of coffee ☕. I highly recommend!

    We returned to Porto Santo and found the Colombos closed and the the pools drained. So very sad! We loved the cocktail bar, preferred their restaurant, and preferred the beautiful infinity pools too. Our daughter was especially looking forward to the indoor pool. Gutted!
