    Amazing hotel; mr Eduardo was so lovely! He is amazing with children and made our stay so special with genuine warmth. Room is nice, breakfast lovely. All the Ronaldo accents are a nice pro.     This Hotel is amazing. Our 5th stay but the Management have really raised the bar on our customer service experience. The Breakast and food option now at far better levels. Tattiana has done an amazing job and her staff including Adriano, Joa'o Pimento, Eduardo, Matilde, Jeronimo, Ribeiro and all her team went to great lengths to give us a remarkable trip experience.     Good location. By the port and city center.Very friendly staff and helpful. Had a room on port side. Was nice and spacious. We could leve our luggage so we could go into the city.Breakfast was till 11am and was plenty left when we arrived at 10.50.Checkout was 12pm.     We stayed at the Pestano CR7 as part of a package deal and were very impressed with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful.     This hotel is in a great position for walking along the promenade or into the town. Great hotel for the cruise portBreakfast was very good, staff helpful. Parked our car in the underground car park I think it would be better if the hotel could get better rates for hotel guests.Beware our room faced the main road and struggled getting to sleep because of the night club across the road.
