Location

This charming hotel is located on the island of Porto Santo. Superbly situated, the hotel lies on a 7 kilometre-long, fine sand beach. The centre of Vila Baleira is 1.5 km away. Here guest will find a selection of shopping and entertainment venues.

Facility

The hotel has 94 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Guests can store valuables in the safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday.     All of the staff and so friendly and genuinely please to help. My stay was a very last minute thing due to a BA flight diversion from Funchal. Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast buffet and what a beach!! It was a real treat to be diverted to Porto Santo.

    Beautiful hotel, but motorbike noise destroys the whole stay

    The hotel is very nice and the food (from breakfast to dinner) was abundant and yummy. The outside area with pool is also really beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Other guests were mostly elderly couples from Germany and elsewhere. This hotel would be the PERFECT place to relax, calm down and enjoy some peace and quiet, if it was not for the motorbikes (manipulated to be extra noisy, of course) going up and down the main road day and night during weekends. I had to sleep with earprotection, but they would still wake me up several times during the night. In addition, but not that disturbing, there are airplanes going straight over the hotel once per hour during the day (at least in summer/autumn, not sure about winter). So, in summary, a beautiful place and a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately being destroyed in real time by bikers that (as far as staff told me) don´t even bring any money to the island, as they come only for the day, to "enjoy nature" and ruin the place for everyone else (locals and peaceful tourists likewise). I would not come back, but if I had to, it would be during the week (not on the weekend).
